John Boehner chooses politics over governing, won't take up farm bill
"For the first time in modern history, Congress is going to fail to produce a farm bill. This in one of the worst farmland drought years in recent memory. The drought has resulted in more than1,800 counties in 38 states being declared natural disaster areas, and every sector of agriculture has been affected. And House Republicans refuse to act."
